What kinds of conversations does SubRadar look for?
It looks for public conversations around the problems, categories and competitors relevant to the product, including recommendation requests, comparisons, switching signals, painful workarounds, budgets and implementation questions.
What does a SubRadar score mean?
The score ranks a conversation using visible evidence such as matched language, intent clues, freshness and product relevance. The reasons stay attached so a founder can disagree and dismiss the signal.
Where does the signal data come from?
The discovery layer can use the configured read-only provider, guided search or a URL you add manually. Every stored signal carries a source label that the interface displays.
Does SubRadar send replies or private messages?
No. It prepares drafts only. A private-message draft is locked until a public reply is recorded, and no DM is offered for rooms whose policy forbids it.
Will a refresh erase my triage?
No. The merge contract preserves triage state and edited drafts through rescans, so a refreshed source record does not overwrite your decision.
